it was too dangerous
i studied the creature closely taking in every slight movement it made
i could feel it tasting the air for prey and targeting kitt
after a few more moments kitt still hadn't left
"KITT GET OUT!!!!!!" my voice bellowed with athority

Kit nodded, frightened. Her legs felt stiff, like they could barely move.
She stumbled out of the back room, trying to calm herself down. Nothing was working!
She took a deep breath and went back to her seat. Kit tried to go back to reading, but her mind kept wandering to the thing in the back room. And to Arrow, who was fighting the thing. She shuddered.
Now she'd probably have nightmares tonight. Nightmares of dead corpses.

Kit tried to read, but she was too keyed up. She felt... energetic. It was strange. Maybe she was in shock.
She ran back to the backroom and saw the Alien thing going after Arrow. Her energetic level rose. She felt... powerful. Kit smiled.
She raised her head to the ceiling and started chanting. As powerful as she felt, she was confused. She didn't know what she was chanting or how she knew the words.
But slowly, she felt something materialize in her hands and she couldn't feel the ground beneath her feet. She looked down.
Kit was rising off the ground and a ball of crackling power was in her hands. She had to fight to keep from screaming. The ball in her hands got a tiny but smaller. She forced all her energy into the ball and threw it at the Alien.
Kit fell to the ground, exhausted.

it fell over
panting deeply i stepped towards the demon and studied it
it wasn't dead
but it was defenitly wounded it
i spread my wings and stepped over the thing
i opened my mouth and sucked the soul out of the demon
it looked something like me slurping up a hollagram of the thing

Kit felt so confused and exhausted. Almost to the point of tears. What had just happen? Did she really hover and create a crackling ball of electricity? Holy crap!
She watched as Arrow spread his wings. Wings! What was wrong with the world? Kit felt the tears pooling in her eyes. She was a freak. She could hover and create energy balls. Hell, she knocked out a freakin alien being. She didn't belong anywhere. Her mom would kick her onto the streets and she'd have to life in a box and go dumpster diving for food.
Kit let out a strangled sob and jumped up, running and locking herself in the bathroom.

after i was done i retracted my wings and looked around for kitt
"kitt"
i wondered through the hall way untill i got to the bathroom
"kitt are you in there"

" No." Kit moaned. She had put the lid down on the toilet and was using that as a chair.
"Go away."
Tears continued to stream down her face. She'd never be able to go back home now. She was a freak. Her own mother would shun her. She was alien.

"kitt, are you ok, did you get hurt?"
after a few seconds of silence i went on
"kitt i know what you must have seen in there freeked you out, but your safe now. so please come out of the bathroom so we can talk about this"

"I don' wanna." She snapped, sniffling. Kit felt so lost and confused. No body was like her, she was a monster. Hell, the ugliest of aliens was probably scared of her. She sniffed again.

"kitt please" i leaned my body against the bathroom door and began to beg her to come out
and keep in mind

"No." Kitt sighed and rubbed her temples. She really was stubborn for her own good. Whatever. She still didn't want Arrow to see her like this. She was a freak for God's sake.
"Please go away?" She whispered, hoping he'd hear her.

"your not a freak kitt. You...you don't know the meaning of freak until you get to know me." i laughed

Kit felt her cheeks heat up and she rested her head against the wall. Hah. He was hysterical. She didn't know of anybody who could hover and create crackling balls of energy, If she did she'd probably laugh at them. Who wouldn't? She closed her eyes
"Thanks for trying to make me feel better. But please, Arrow. I just..." She trailed off.

"i didn't want it to come to this" i took the doornob in my right hand and twisted slightly
i pulled on it and the door came off
i turned towards kitt who was sitting on the toilet
with in a millisecond i unfurled my huge black and white wings
"now who's the freak"

Kit looked away and shrugged. She kept her eyes downcast, not wanting to admit defeat. True, he did have wings. But they suited his persona. Plus he probably had them for a while. Maybe his family had wings. Kit new for a fact that her family couldn't hover.

"kitt i don't have a family" i said sternly
this annoying girl was feeling sorry for herself for some stupid reason
while i was the one who for my entire immortal life was out destroying retarted undead demons so the world could have balance

"stop it!" She cried. How the hell could he hear that?
"Stop reading my friggen mind!" Kit glared at him.
"I thought i told u to go away." She muttered, more to herself than to him.

i stepped closer to her
"im fed up with you kitt, you think your family's going to turn you out, well guess what, their not. so stop feeling sorry for yourself, humans can't see what you and i can do." i was angrey
this girl had no right to complain

"How the hell do u know? You don't even know what i am! Hell, I don't even know what i am! So you can just go likc your friggen elbow! And why the hell do you care anyway? Why didn't you just friggen leave. And what's up with the mind reading crap. Some thoughts i'd like to keep to myself, thank you very much." Like the thought of how hot he looked when he was angry. Kit shook her head, clearing her thoughts. She glared at him.
"Go rape a monkey, Arrow."

"oooo that hurt kitt" i said sarcastically
"ok how bout this when a crazy demon comes after you again don't come lookin for me for help" i turned around and stomped out of the room

"Fine. " Kitt mutterd under her breath. And then promptly burst into tears (*she does that a lot lately, huh?).
Ugh, why did she have to screw this up? And he was really nice too. Whatever. Now she'd just go to England and live in a nunnery until they found out about her 'powers'. Then they'd kill her.
