Kit's House

Kit walked in the door and set her bag down.
"You're home early." Rosie smirked. She was sitting on the couch watching some random TV show.
"Yeah... I kinda have a date this afternoon."
Rosie's eyes went wide.
"What?!"
"I know!"
"Who with?"
"Well... you know that kid Arrow?"
"Oh my God, him?!"
Kit blushed and nodded.
"Ok, go get into the shower and I'll get out some clothes for you to try on."
Kit just stood there.
"Go! Run!"

ive been on one date before
and that the girl i went on the date with wasn't exactly human
but i had a pretty good idea what i had to do on a date
so i bought movie tickets and made reservations at a nice resturant
yeah right
i might be supernatural but i can't just make money appear
but i had something pretty special planned for tonight

i got to kitts house exactly on time
i walked to the front door and pressed on the doorbell

"Oh my God! He's here!" Kit hissed. Rosie had tied her hair back and was wearing some of Rosie's clothes.
"Seriously?!?!" Rosie squealed.
"Go get the door!" Kit demanded, running into the bathroom. Where was her lucky necklace.
She screamed when she looked in the mirror. She had a tail.


Rosie opened the door.
"Hello." She greeted, "Come on in. Kit should be down in a minute."
obviously Rosie didn't hear her sister scream.

"hi you must be rosie" i held out my hand to the little human and waited for her to shake it
when she did i made my self at home on the family room couch

Rosie glanced up at the stairs.
"KIT?!" she called.
"BE THERE IN A SEC!" Kit called.
She stared at the tail wondering what she what she was going to do.
She tucked it under her skirt. Good. You couldn't see it.
She took a deep breath and headed downstairs.

kitt desendeed the stairs in a sleek and graceful manner
almost like a cat
i stood up without thinking constantly gazing at kitt
at least i thought it was
the girl in front of me looked nothing like the one i saw ealier in the day
"hi kitt" i gave her smile

"Hi." Kit said, somewhat shy.
"See ya sis." Rosie winked at Kit and left the room.
Kit shifted her purse from one hadn to the other.
"Shall we go then?" she was nervous. what if that tail was sticking out or something?

"i was born ready"
we walked out of the front door
i stopped midway in my step and abruptly turned towards her
"ok first things first, you aren't scared of hights are you?"

Kit couldn't help but grin. She loved heights!
"Nope. Not at all."
She felt powerful when she was up high. Like nothing could hurt her.

"ok...good" i put my hands around her waist and opened my wings to their full leangth
i felt the powerfull muscles in my them lift us up both up into the air
the beat was rythmic and before i could blink i shot us up into the sky like an arrow. no pun intended

"Woah." Kit breathed, looking down at the ground. Oh, this was so cool! She tried to ignore the tingly feeling she got from whenever Arrow touched her.
"So, where are we going?" She asked.

"i dunno, where do want to go" i grinned down at her and looked into her big bright eyes
we were now as high as a skyscraper in the crisp cool air
i could detect the slight change in air pressure now
but i didn't care
i was enjoying my self
which was pretty rare

Kit couldn't answer. Her mouth felt dry and she swallowed. He had the most gorgeous eyes he had ever seen.
"Um... I dunno?" It sounded more like a question than an answer.

lol I thought he had a romantic dinner and movie planned?

he was like
"oh i have this and this planned" and then he was like
NOT!!!
cuz he's not made of money
and stuff like that

OOOHHHH! Ok!


"Do you like bowling?" Kit found herself asking. She hadn't gone bowling in a long time. She and Rosie used to go and have a blast.

i smiled down at her
"im a bit rusty but i would enjoy that" and with that we zoomed threw the air

Kit liked the feel of the wind rushing through her hair, it felt nice. She closed her eyes and melted into Arrow's body, enjoying the powerful feeling. This was so nice.

as soon as the nice moment started it ended
we arived at the bowling ally and the steanch of stale cigerettes and smelly shoes was ripe in the air
"well this will be fun" we landed in an ally beside the bowling arena
where the smell was almost umberable
